Mara River Crossings
Four nights beside the Mara River in the northern Serengeti, where the wildebeest herds plunge past waiting crocodiles.
Overview
From July to October the wildebeest herds reach the Mara River in the far north of the Serengeti, and thousands plunge across past waiting crocodiles. Four nights near Kogatende give you the best chance to witness a crossing, followed by big cats in the central Serengeti and a morning inside Ngorongoro Crater.
