Three islands, three moods of the Indian Ocean. Begin in Stone Town and on the reefs of Mnemba Atoll off Zanzibar, fly north to Pemba for wilder dive sites and empty sandbanks, then south to Mafia Island to swim alongside whale sharks in a protected marine park.
